Terms of Service

By using the Takafu Technologies ("Takafu", "we") platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Service description

Takafu designs and builds custom AI assistants for a customer's business and provides a platform to run them and connect them to the customer's tools (e.g. Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Jira, Slack).

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business, and you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.

3. Customer responsibilities

• Provide your own AI provider key and bear its usage cost with that provider.
• Have the authority to connect the accounts and tools you link, and comply with their providers' terms.
• Use the service lawfully and not misuse it.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Some features require a paid subscription; payments are processed by approved providers (Moyasar / Stripe). VAT applies per Saudi regulations. Custom build fees are quoted separately per customer.

5. Third‑party services

Connecting services such as Google, Microsoft, Zoom, Jira, or Slack is subject to those parties' terms and policies; we are not responsible for their availability or changes.

6. Intellectual property

The platform and the "Takafu" brand and rights remain ours. Your data and content remain yours.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". AI output may contain errors, and you are responsible for reviewing any action before relying on it. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

9. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Questions: legal@takafu.sa.
